Royal Heritage Transport Services, LLC | No Refund Policy

Royal Heritage Transport Services, LLC ("the Company") provides courier pickup and delivery services. By engaging in our services, you ("the Customer") acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Policy: 

1. No Refunds:

All fees paid to Royal Heritage Transport Services, LLC for courier pickup and delivery services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, fees paid for:

• Scheduled pickups and deliveries. 
• Rush or expedited services. 
• Fuel surcharges and Handling fees. 
• Storage fees (if applicable). 
• Any other fees related to the transport of items. 

2. Service Confirmation: 

Upon confirmation of service and payment, the Company will proceed with the requested pickup and delivery. The Customer's payment signifies their agreement to this No Refund Policy. 

3. Exceptions:

While refunds are generally not provided, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Royal Heritage Transport Services, LLC in cases of: 

• Service Failure Due to Company Negligence: If the Company fails to perform the agreed-upon service due to gross negligence or willful misconduct, a partial or full refund may be considered. 
• Mutual Agreement: A refund may be issued in the event of a mutual agreement between the company and the customer. 
• Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and require documented evidence.

4. Cancellations: 

Cancellations made by the Customer may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the Company, to cover incurred costs. 

• Even if a cancellation is made, it does not guarantee a refund of the original service fee. 

5. Liability:

This No Refund Policy does not affect the Company's liability for loss or damage to items during transit, which is governed by our separate Terms and Conditions.

By utilizing the services of Royal Heritage Transport Services, LLC, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.
